At Travel24, we provide a fully automated and secure online payment environment for our global clients. All reservations for luxury hotels, premium restaurants, elite entertainment, and high-end car rentals are processed seamlessly through our platform.
  • Instant Card Processing: Once your custom travel itinerary is finalized, you can pay instantly on our website using any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).
  • Automated Receipts: Immediately after your card transaction is successfully processed, an official digital payment receipt and booking confirmation will be automatically generated and sent directly to your registered email address for your records.

Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy

We value your flexibility and strive to provide the most secure financial environment for our global clients:
  • Full Refunds: Clients are entitled to a 100% refund of the Travel24 concierge service fee if the cancellation request is submitted via email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in or service time.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and no refund will be issued for the platform’s arrangement services.
  • Processing: All approved refunds are processed automatically back to the original credit/debit card or account used during the initial purchase within 5 to 7 business days.
